What does implementation look like, timeline and effort?

Most InvGate Asset Management customers are operational within 2 weeks for cloud deployments. Implementation timeline varies based on environment complexity, number of discovery sources, integration requirements, and organizational readiness. On-premise implementations typically take longer due to infrastructure setup and configuration.

What level of support is provided?

InvGate provides 24/7 availability for Critical incidents with 15-minute SLA for first response, 3am ET to 10pm ET availability for non-critical incidents, support via ticket system, email, phone, and comprehensive knowledge base, plus Implementation Engineer support during deployment and onboarding.
