InvGate product usage guidelines

The following provisions apply to Customer’s use of any InvGate Services. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Subscription Agreement (or any other services agreement between the Parties).

InvGate strives to ensure that the InvGate Services are reliable and free from unnecessary disruptions. For that purpose, InvGate counts on its customers to use the InvGate Services responsibly, according to reasonable standards and for their original intended use, avoiding excessive costs, or circumventing the intended pricing model.

These Product Usage Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) outline certain examples of what InvGate considers excessive, improper, abnormal or harmful usage of the InvGate Services (“Excessive Usage”). In the event that an Excessive Usage occurs, InvGate shall notify Customer and Customer shall promptly remediate it. InvGate may suspend the provision of InvGate Services and/or charge additional fees for any unremediated Excessive Usage.

These Guidelines are guided not just by strict definitions, but by its overall purpose. That means that if something is not explicitly mentioned in the examples below but clearly goes against the intent or spirit of these Guidelines, then InvGate still reserves the right to request remediation.
