InvGate Accessibility Commitment Statement

Introduction and compliance

At InvGate, web accessibility is a core principle of our values. We are dedicated to improving our infrastructure to ensure that InvGate’s website and Solutions are inclusive and accessible to individuals of all abilities, including those who use various assistive technologies.

This policy outlines the guidelines, practices, and procedures to ensure that InvGate’s digital assets and content are accessible to all users and that InvGate is compliant with the web accessibility requirements under Title II of the ADA.

Furthermore, we are actively working to make our platform accessible and compliant with international standards such as the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our efforts focus on ensuring that key components of the InvGate Solutions and website are compatible with major assistive technologies, including screen readers like JAWS and NVDA for Windows, and magnification software, among others.

Accessibility

InvGate’s website is publicly accessible and does not require registration. Also, our initiatives to enhance the user experience in our site and on our Solutions for individuals with diverse abilities include:

  • Screen Reader Compatibility: Our site is optimized to work well with various screen readers, allowing users to access content in an audio format.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All menus, buttons, and forms in our site and most of the interface of our solutions can be accessed using the keyboard. Users can navigate forward with the Tab key and backward with Shift + Tab.
  • Images: We provide descriptive alternative text for images and hide decorative images from screen readers.
  • Headings: Clear headings are implemented on both the site and the Solutions to help users understand the content structure and navigate effectively.
  • Links: Descriptive link texts are used so users can easily comprehend their purpose and destination on both the site and the Solutions.
  • Use of ARIA: We utilize Accessible Rich Internet Applications (ARIA) to enhance the accessibility, particularly for dynamic content and advanced user interface controls in our site.
  • Visual Design: All content can be enlarged using standard browser controls on our site or screen magnification software, with text designed to ensure sufficient contrast against backgrounds.
