New filter options across explorers

Two new filter operators are now available. "Is not in subnet range" for IP addresses helps identify assets outside expected network segments, useful for detecting devices on unexpected VLANs. "This week" for date filters lets you quickly find CIs or changes from Monday to Sunday, reducing manual date selection. From v3.4 onwards.

Cloud Software

Manage contracts for Cloud Software

You can now create contracts for manually tracked cloud software such as Zoom, Slack, or HubSpot. Teams can upload a CSV with their subscriptions to create the cloud software, then create a linked contract. Contract quantities and key data are mirrored from the software record and update automatically when the software is refreshed with a new CSV. This keeps subscription and contract data aligned without maintaining it in two places. From v3.2 onwards.

Cloud Assets: A new CI family and cloud coverage expansion

We’ve introduced a new CI family to help organizations map their cloud infrastructure and consolidate their CMDB. Here's what’s new:
→ AWS: Now includes EC2, VPC, RDS, ELB, EBS, S3, and upcoming support for ElastiCache, ECS, EFS, Lambda, Aurora, and ECR. EC2 will be reclassified as a Cloud Asset.
→ Microsoft Azure: Now includes Virtual Machines and 11 additional cloud services like SQL Databases, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Blob Storage, and Resource Groups. Azure VM will be reclassified as a Cloud Asset too.

Subscription visibility and management: Microsoft 365 integration

Centralize all subscription information in one place. The integration syncs data daily, links subscriptions to users, devices, and contracts, and helps identify inactive accounts to reduce costs. It simplifies complex scenarios by supporting multiple plans with different expiration dates and associated devices.
Health

Battery health monitoring for Windows computers

Easily check each device’s battery health condition directly from the Hardware tab in the profile. This information is now automatically available and can be used to generate reports that, for example, flag computers below a percentage battery health, or to automate monthly reports that track degradation over time and support preventive actions. This does not measure battery level but health. Available from Asset Management v2.37 and InvGate Agent v3.26 onwards.
