What’s new at InvGate Service Management

Assign user-friendly names to automated steps in your workflows — including Web Services, Built-in Action Connectors, Building Blocks, Forms, and Approvals. During execution, users see the custom label with a "Processing information" subtitle so they know what's happening and whether they need to act. From v8.10 onwards on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Building Blocks and Built-in Action Connectors are now organized into separate, clearly labeled sections in the workflow step menu and in Settings. Web Services appear in the general section, while integrations are grouped by tool with filters. From v8.11 onwards on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Two new actions are now available in the Okta Built-in Action Connector: update user attributes and add users to groups. Use them to build end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle workflows without leaving InvGate Service Management. From v8.10 onwards on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Add a "Create Google Meet space" action to any workflow step. The generated meeting link is passed as a variable to subsequent steps, so the right people get the right link without manual coordination. From v8.11 onwards on Pro and Enterprise plans.

A redesigned CI search overlay replaces the previous blank-page experience with a full-featured table showing pre-loaded results, per-column filters, sortable columns, and family tabs for Assets, Databases, Cloud Assets, and Business Applications. Access it from any CI custom field or the new "Advanced" button in the request panel. Available for all customers with an active InvGate Asset Management integration. From v8.11 onwards on all plans.

Add OAuth 2.0 via Microsoft Graph as an authentication method for your incoming email integration. It works alongside existing options and is the right choice for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments and it also keeps your email-to-ticket flow working ahead of Microsoft's EWS deprecation in October 2026. Configure it from the Incoming Mail settings in your Service Desk. From v8.10 onwards on all plans.
