What’s new at InvGate Asset Management

On-premises deployments now support Rocky Linux 9.7 as a server platform. No changes needed beyond using a compatible server. From v3.12 onwards on Enterprise plans. On-premises only.

Select multiple devices in the Discovery explorer and convert them into assets in one action. Set shared defaults like owner, location, and status for all selected devices at once. Use "Select similar items" to pick all devices of the same type and source. Up to 100 per batch. From v3.10 onwards on all plans.

"Server" is now a native asset type. The Agent auto-detects server operating systems and classifies them accordingly. Convert existing computers to Server and back, individually or in bulk. All data is preserved. Early access from v3.10 onwards on Starter and above plans.

A new "Geolocation" permission in role settings controls who can see device location data across the product. When disabled, the map, dashboard chart, Explorer column, and activity details are hidden. Enabled by default on all existing roles. From v3.11 onwards on Starter and above plans.
