What’s new at InvGate Asset Management

Leasing contracts now support asset-based pricing, so each asset in the contract can have its own monthly rent, number of terms, and start date. A new "Licenses" tab in the contract shows the financial breakdown per asset, including pending and paid terms and the total monthly cost for the current period. From v3.13 onwards on all plans.

Connect Asset Management to your Kubernetes environment through a new discovery source. Discovered Kubernetes clusters and nodes are created as CIs with their relationships mapped automatically in the CMDB. Compatible with cloud-hosted and on-premises Kubernetes deployments via Agent proxy. Requires the latest Agent version. From v3.13 onwards on all plans.

Two new fields appear on Windows computer and server profiles: OS Display Version (for example, 25H2) and Windows Build (for example, 26200.8037). Both are available as columns and filters in Asset Explorer. From v3.12 onwards on all plans.

The Format field (Desktop, Laptop, Virtual) can now be edited after creation, from the asset profile, Explorer row action, or bulk edit. Changes are logged in the activity tab and available as automation triggers. Also supported in CSV imports and via API. From v3.12 onwards on all plans.

Tags can now be assigned to Location CIs from the asset profile, consistent with other CI families. From v3.13 onwards on all plans.

Three new options are available in the "Acquisition type" field: Demonstration, Donated, and Replacement. From v3.13 onwards on all plans.
