AI Smart Search helps you find the assets you're looking for in your inventory without using complex queries — just plain English. Here, we break down the steps applied to three concrete examples based on routine checks:

Checking computers with critical health

1. Go to the search bar at the top and activate Smart Search by typing @.
2. Enter something like: “Computers with critical health.”
3. Click on any device to check its health.

Tip: You can use the panel on the right to filter assets by specific criteria (location, type, manufacturer, etc.).

Checking assets tied with open tickets

1. Go to the search bar at the top and activate Smart Search by typing @.
2. Enter something like: “Assets with open tickets.”
3. Click on any particular asset.
4. Click on Requests to view any open requests linked to that asset.
5. Click on any particular request to see ticket details, including asset information.
6. Click on Details within the asset to view all its data (hardware, software, network, and business applications).
