SharePoint
Record items and grant document access from a workflow.

Add SharePoint actions to your InvGate Service Management workflows
The SharePoint built-in action connector covers both list items and permissions. A workflow can add, update, search, or delete a list item, and grant or remove a user's access to a site or document, all as steps in the process, configured through form fields.
Why you should connect SharePoint to your workflows
Access requests are the clearest case. Someone asks for a document, an approver signs off, and then a human goes into SharePoint to grant it, which is where the delay and the mistakes live. When the grant is a workflow step, approval and provisioning happen together, and the same process can revoke access when the request that justified it closes.
Benefits of integrating InvGate Service Management with SharePoint
SharePoint actions live in the Integrations section of the workflow editor and are available on Pro plans and above. Credentials can be shared with the other Microsoft connectors where scopes allow.
Approval and access in one flow
Permission is granted by the process that approved it, so there's no gap between the sign-off and the access actually working.
Access that can be taken back
Because remove sits alongside grant, the workflow that opened access can close it when the request ends.
A record where the work happens
List items are created and updated from the request, keeping the SharePoint record and the ticket in step without double entry.
