ClassLink OneSync

ClassLink OneSync

Provision from the roster, not a spreadsheet.

Native
ClassLink OneSync

The ClassLink OneSync built-in action connector reads rostering data as a workflow step, following the OneRoster v1.1 resource model: users, classes, courses, schools, enrollments, and academic sessions. Every action is a read.

Term start compresses months of provisioning into a week: accounts, group membership, device assignment, all driven by a roster that changes daily. Doing it from exported spreadsheets means IT works from a snapshot that was already out of date when it was pulled. Reading the roster into the workflow means provisioning runs against the current enrollment, class by class.

ClassLink OneSync actions live in the Integrations section of the workflow editor and are available on Pro plans and above. All actions are read-only, so the connector cannot alter your rostering data.

Provisioning against the current roster

Workflows read enrollment at run time, so accounts and devices follow the roster as it stands rather than a spreadsheet from last week.

Built on OneRoster

The actions follow the OneRoster v1.1 model, so classes, courses, schools, and sessions map to the structures your district already works in.

Read-only

Every action is a retrieval. Rostering stays owned by ClassLink and the connector cannot change it.
