Add ADP actions to your InvGate Service Management workflows

The ADP built-in action connector reads worker data from ADP Workforce Now as a workflow step: an individual employee, a filtered search, employee demographics, and the organization's departments. Every action is a read, so ADP stays the system of record.

Why you should connect ADP to your workflows

Onboarding starts in HR and lands in IT, and the gap between them is usually a form someone fills in with details that already exist in ADP. Reading the worker record into the workflow removes that re-entry, and with it the typos and the mismatched job titles. The provisioning ticket is populated from HR's own data, at the moment the process runs.

ADP actions live in the Integrations section of the workflow editor and are available on Pro plans and above. All actions are read-only, so the connector cannot modify your ADP records.
